What it does for you

Never lose a lead in your inbox again

Lead emails from Zillow, Realtor.com, your website or any form become rows in Google Sheets, a Zapier Zap, or a webhook into your app.

  • Agents and loan officers

Forward your portal emails once. Every new lead appears as a row in your Google Sheet, or starts a Zap that adds it to your CRM and texts you.

    Read the full guide
  • Platforms and brokerages

An inbox per agent, office or client, on your own domain. A lookup in your roster sheet routes each lead to the agent who owns the zip code or the listing.

  • Developers and CTOs

Rules you can read and test against real messages: label and value, regex, CSS selectors and filter chains. Start from a ready-made template or build your own. JSON or form payloads, signed and retried.

Parse in three steps

Inboxes on our domain or yours, ready-made lead templates, rules, Google Sheets lookups, signed webhooks.

Google Sheets

Every lead email, a new row in your sheet

Share the sheet with SyncYak’s address, paste its link, pick the tab and the columns. Each parsed email adds one row, seconds after it arrives.

  • Name, phone, email, property, price and source as columns
  • Share the sheet with your assistant or your team
  • Works alongside Zapier and webhooks on the same inbox

Zapier

Start a Zap with every parsed lead

Start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier (Catch Hook), paste its URL into the inbox, and every lead arrives as a flat object Zapier maps in a click. From there: your CRM, a text message, a drip campaign, any app Zapier reaches.

Enrichment from Google Sheets

Add what you know before the lead is delivered

A lookup finds the row of another sheet that matches a parsed field, such as the zip code, the listing or the source, and adds the columns you pick: the agent who owns it, their phone, a campaign name.

What Parse does

Turn inbound email into structured fields and deliver them to your webhook.

01

Templates for the lead emails you get

Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX sites, CINC, BoomTown and more, ready in one click, plus a catch-all for anything else. Create an inbox per source, agent or office.

02

Rules you can read

Pick fields by label, position or pattern, and see what each rule extracted from the last messages before you rely on it.

03

Delivered where you work

Each parsed email becomes a Google Sheet row, starts a Zapier Zap, or posts to your webhook. Failed deliveries are retried, and the history stays for your plan’s retention.

For developers

Every request takes an account API key: Authorization: Bearer sy_live_…. Keys can be limited to Parse.

Your inbox address

Every inbox has an address on parse.syncyak.com. Send or forward mail to it; nothing else to set up.

Address
kldnurgi@parse.syncyak.com
kldnurgi+zillow@parse.syncyak.com (sub-addresses reach the same inbox)

Use your own domain

From Hobby, receive on a domain you own. Add an MX record that points at SyncYak and a TXT record that proves the domain is yours. Your Parse console shows the exact values.

DNS records
Type Name Priority Value
MX inbound.yourbrokerage.com 10 n1.syncyak.com
TXT _syncyak-verify.inbound.yourbrokerage.com syncyak-verify=…

Example webhook payload

Parsed fields arrive under "fields", named the way your template names them. Check the X-SyncYak-Signature header: an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and the body with the inbox’s signing secret.

Questions about Parse

Something else? Write to contact@syncyak.com and a person answers.

Which lead emails does it understand out of the box?

Ready-made templates cover Zillow buyers and sellers, Zillow mortgage leads, Realtor.com, IDX website registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify, Firepoint, eLead Network and paid social lead forms. A catch-all template picks up the rest, so a redesigned email still delivers the lead.

Every template is a copy you can edit, and you can write your own rules for any email.

How do leads get into Google Sheets or Zapier?

Add a destination to the inbox. For Google Sheets, share the sheet with SyncYak’s address, paste its link, pick the tab, and each parsed email adds one row. For Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier (Catch Hook) and paste its URL into the inbox; Make and n8n work the same way. Webhooks for your own app work alongside both.

What is a Google Sheets lookup?

Before a lead is delivered, Parse finds the row of a second sheet whose column matches a parsed field, and copies the columns you pick into the lead: the agent who owns a zip code, the loan officer for a listing, a campaign name for a source. Lookups start on Hobby.

Can I keep using my own email address?

Yes. Forward mail from your address to your Parse inbox, or set the inbox as the address the portal sends to. From Hobby, receive on your own domain, such as leads@parser.yourbrokerage.com.

I use mailparser.io today. Can I move?

Yes. Pick a ready-made template for your lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, website forms and more) or build your own in minutes, then point your lead emails at your new inbox. Form-encoded payloads are available if your receiver expects them.
