Getting Zillow leads to Google Sheets usually means copying from each email by hand. With SyncYak Parse, each Zillow lead email you forward is read in seconds and added as a new row to the Google Sheet you choose: received time, name, phone, email, the property, its price and the source.

Buyer and seller enquiries from Zillow, Trulia and HotPads, and Zillow mortgage leads, each have a ready-made template, so the columns are right from the first lead.

How it works

Send Zillow leads to Google Sheets in three steps

  1. Get your lead inbox

Switch Parse on and you get an inbox such as kldnurgi@parse.syncyak.com straight away. Add the Zillow or Realtor.com template in one click.

  2. Forward Zillow lead emails

In Gmail or Outlook, add a filter that forwards emails from Zillow to your Parse inbox. Your inbox keeps its copy.

  3. Share your sheet

Share the Google Sheet with SyncYak’s address, paste its link and pick the tab. The next Zillow lead lands as a row.

A Zillow lead spreadsheet that fills itself

Choose the columns: name, phone, email, property address, price, listing URL, source and received time. Sort, filter and share the sheet like any other; give your assistant edit access, or build a pivot of leads by week.

  • One row per lead email, in arrival order
  • Phone numbers as 10 digits for easy matching
  • Works with any sheet you can share

Zillow leads automation beyond the sheet

The same lead can go to more than one place: a sheet for your records, a Zapier hook that texts you, and your CRM. And with a lookup on a paid plan, Parse can add the agent who covers that zip code before the row is written.

If you work in Follow Up Boss, Lofty or another CRM SyncYak syncs, CRM sync can keep that CRM’s leads in another tab of the same spreadsheet, with no database, so portal leads and CRM leads sit side by side.

Use cases

What agents do with the sheet

  • Speed-to-lead

A sheet notification or a Zap text the moment a buyer asks about a listing.

  • Weekly reporting

Count leads per listing or per source without retyping anything.

  • Hand-off to an assistant

Your assistant works the sheet while you are at showings.

What you get with Parse

Parse is the email parsing product of SyncYak. Every account gets an inbox on parse.syncyak.com the moment Parse is switched on, every email it receives is stored before it is parsed, and each parsed email can go to any number of destinations: a Google Sheet, a Zapier, Make or n8n hook, or your own webhook.

Free parses 100 emails a month in 2 inboxes. Hobby is $9 a month for 1,000 emails and 10 inboxes, with your own domain from Hobby and Google Sheets lookups from Hobby. Pro is $29 for 5,000 emails.

  • Ready-made templates for Zillow, Realtor.com, IDX registrations, CINC, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, Velocify and paid social lead forms, plus a catch-all
  • Rules by label, regex, CSS selector or mailparser.io filter chain, tested against real messages
  • Signed deliveries (X-SyncYak-Signature), retried for about an hour on timeouts and server errors, and replayable
  • Sub-addresses (inbox+zillow@…) to tell sources apart, and mailparser.io’s form payload format when a receiver expects it

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Write to contact@syncyak.com and a person answers.

Does Zillow have to change anything?

No. Parse reads the lead notification emails Zillow already sends you.

Can I send leads to my CRM too?

Yes. Add a Zapier hook or a webhook destination next to the sheet; each lead goes to every destination.

What if Zillow changes its email?

A catch-all template still delivers name, email and phone while the Zillow template is updated, and every email is kept so you can replay it.

Is there a free plan for Parse?

Yes. Parse has a free tier with no card and no end date: 100 emails a month, 2 inboxes, google sheets, zapier and webhooks. Paid tiers start at $9 a month, and you can move up or down at any time.

Can I use the other SyncYak products on the same account?

Yes. Email parsing, the mailbox API, CRM sync, error tracking and tunnels share one login, one team, one API key system and one bill. Each product has its own tier, so you only pay more for the one that grows.
